Description

This luxury multi-storey apartment development is situated on a site that focuses on views towards two cities namely Sandton & Johannesburg. The wrap around effect of the timber cladding demonstrates the concept of growing out of the ground like that of a tree. The reason for this concept is due to the fact that the site had many trees situated on it and this was replicated in the design. The green wall balconies again reflect that of leaves and allow the habitant to experience nature in the centre of an urban landscape. All apartments experience different views to increase the individual experience of the City.
