Description

Unlike any other Retail Centre, this design focuses on transparency and openness. The design mimics the treelines and shadows caused by the surrounding environment. The vertical slats replicate the movement between shops & restaurants by its occupants and visitors. The food court creates a shaded outdoor space similar to that of one eating under the shade of a large tree. Nature was the key design point to soften the building’s edge from the structured concrete frame beneath.
