Description

This project is considered one of the largest Social Housing Developments in South Africa. Urban design principles were introduced to create multi-functional spaces within residential community development. Building blocks were spread out on the property to introduce large public open spaces encouraging community functions and outdoor living. A multi-purpose community hall and recreation facilities would also be part of the development. All buildings comply with energy efficiency regulations within a stringent development budget.
