The existing Atrium at 9 Dorp Street was transformed from a transitional space to a destinational area. The atrium has become a much-needed informal meeting area and soft seating space for both tenants and visitors to the building. Ebesa focused on value addition to the building by utilising previously unlocked space and creating purpose, which now enables the tenants to maximise their time usage as well as provide an increase to the security of the building. The Atrium has now become a space of meaningful interactions and a more flexible adaptation to the office.
