Electricity Head Office
Ebesa is proud to be the architects for the redevelopment of a 20 000 m² semi-industrial site into sustainable A-grade office accommodation, thus promoting the Green Building Council of South Africa and global objectives of “promoting sustainable development and the transition of the property industry towards sustainability”.
Construction was completed in August 2013 and is one of the few sustainable projects in the country to have achieved a 5-Star As-Built Rating (South African Excellence). Continuing the drive for more sustainable design Ebesa is in the planning phase of its second green building in Cape Town. It is currently registered with the Green Building Council of South Africa and awaiting a 5-Star Design rating.
